About the job

During your work on high-tech machines and complex systems, you maintain an overview. You deal with software, (fine) mechanics, electrical and PLC. You make sound software that is easy to test and conforms to coding standards and guidelines. You make sure that the result of your delivery is correct and of high quality. When problems do arise during a project, you take the lead and strive to solve the problem together with the team.

Specifically, your tasks will include:

• Taking care of designing pieces of software
• Providing testable solutions
• Developing well-maintainable software
• Helping to improve software quality and processes
• Guiding more junior employees

About you

For this role we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• C++ 14 / 17 experience
• STL / Boost / Qt
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with methodologies (Scrum, Agile)
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher)
• Strong focus on quality. For example: Unit testing, Static code analysis, Code coverage, Vulnerability testing, Regression testing
• It’s a plus when you have experience with infrastructure as a code
